I have a first-class degree in journalism, marketing, and studied creative writing at masters level. I've worked with hundreds of businesses across nearly two decades. I know the formulas. I know the frameworks. I know exactly how to write copy that converts. But I also know what it costs to sound like everyone else.

 I’m a Viking and a gypsy.  Costa Rica-based. English-born. Irish blood. I’m this and so much more. I’m a yes and. I’m a walking contradiction. I’m so many things at once. I make no sense to many and very much sense to some. I’ve spent way too long trying to define myself. Rewritten my IG bio 2467 times. Fuck being definable.  I can’t be defined to one single sentence. So, there it is. I’m all of the things and also a select few. All at once. Here’s your permission to be so, too.
